Challenge

Defibrion, a leading provider of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), faced significant challenges with their order management process. Orders received via email were manually ingested into their AFAS system. They copied over each relevant value by hand, which was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors.

Solution

Recognizing these challenges, we developed “Pulse,” an innovative application designed to streamline and automate the order management process. Pulse integrates seamlessly with the customer’s email system and AFAS, providing a robust solution that includes:

  • Automated Email Parsing: Pulse automatically reads and parses incoming email orders, extracting essential information with high accuracy.
  • Seamless AFAS Integration: The parsed order data is directly ingested into the AFAS system, eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing the risk of errors.
  • Instant Order Confirmations: Pulse generates and sends order confirmations to customers, including expected delivery dates, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Highlight

Our first interactive UI was delivered within a week of the project starting. We then deployed this project’s MVP (minimum viable product) in less than a month.
