Challenge

NOM faced a critical need to identify which repetitive tasks could be automated and to enhance collaboration through shared information. However, there was significant demand for implementing AI without a clear understanding of its purpose or potential benefits. The challenge was to structure NOM’s processes and determine where automation and AI could truly add value.

Solution

Stekz introduced NOMit (working title), a tailored solution designed to support NOM employees in working more efficiently and in a structured way. Before implementation, we conducted business sessions to thoroughly analyze which processes required structuring and which tasks were most feasible for automation. By leveraging Intelligent Automation (IA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), NOM now has endless possibilities to optimize their workflows and improve overall efficiency.
