The challenge

BPZ, a fast-growing manufacturer of interior doors, was ready to shift into the next gear. Their entire operation, from sales to delivery, ran on Excel sheets. Although BPZ had built smart workflows around their domain expertise, the tools were starting to reach their limits.

The core problem? Manual data entry, outdated documents and confusion over which file was the latest version. This bottleneck was not just frustrating — it threatened to limit their capacity for growth.

Our solution

Together with BPZ we are building a tailor-made digital system, designed around their core business process. Instead of disconnected spreadsheets, BPZ works within one intelligent system that reflects the way their business actually operates.

DeurDoor supports every step in the door supply chain, allowing each team member to build on the work of their predecessor. Everyone — from the shop floor to the office and even the customer — has access to the same up-to-date information.

For renovation projects, our custom-built planning tool replaces the chaos of scattered files with one smart overview: tracking project status, managing resident communications and consolidating orders from A to Z.
