Groningen Seaports (GSP) faces a unique challenge: extracting insights and answering complex questions from a vast and diverse corpus of documents. Traditional methods of document management and retrieval are no longer sufficient to keep up with their growing needs.

Our solution

Stekz works closely with Groningen Seaports to design a unique project in which advanced AI models are deployed to make sense of unstructured data. This enables GSP to ask complex questions and receive meaningful answers from their extensive document database.

Because GSP already employs a process-based approach, Stekz's BizDevOps methodology is a perfect fit. GSP had already modelled many of their core processes using BPMN, making the integration of AI solutions seamless.

The result

Proven that AI can effectively process unstructured documents and query them
Unlocked information that was previously practically inaccessible
Convinced GSP of the strategic potential of AI
Laid the foundation for broader adoption of AI-driven solutions in their operations
