About the role
As an IT Project Manager at Stekz, you'll lead AI-driven projects with a focus on domain knowledge and business analysis. You're not a messenger — you're a connector who facilitates discussions between business stakeholders and technical experts. With an AI-first, domain-driven approach you ensure solutions address actual business problems.
What will you do?
You'll develop comprehensive project plans using agile methodologies. You'll conduct business analysis by mapping underlying business processes using BPMN. You'll evaluate and implement AI tools to improve workflows. You'll lead international teams on IT implementations aligned with business objectives.
What we expect
- Bachelor or Master in applied economics, engineering, computer science or business administration
- 3+ years IT project management experience with business analysis focus
- Familiarity with Business Process Modelling (BPMN) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Natural curiosity with active AI tool experimentation
- Connector: you guide discussions between business and technical experts
- Fluent Dutch and English (verbal and written)
- Based in The Netherlands
