Key Responsibilities
Identifying and approaching potential clients, and gaining insight into their unique needs for improving their operation through AI and custom software (Intelligent Automation). Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Communicating the benefits of Stekz’s offerings, including our products, consultancy, implementation services, and MyStekz, our unique AI-driven development platform. Building sustainable relationships with clients, intertwining their success with ours. Incorporating the organization into set sales targets. Growing the Sales & Marketing team.

BizDev / Project Manager
We are growing and looking for a strong BizDev / Project Manager to join our team. You have a good grasp of software and the leadership skills to lead cutting-edge software projects. They love great software but love delivering great software even more.

Your responsibilities
As a BizDev / Project Manager you are aware of client needs at all times and make sure they get what they need. You will successfully guide them through each of the three BizDevOps phases. By nature, you will take ownership of planning/budget and will ensure goals are met. You successfully mitigate risks and issues and play a leading role in communicating effectively with all stakeholders of your projects.
Your tasks
- Together with our clients you will guide and participate in business process mining and modeling sessions.
- You develop and execute product backlogs, product breakdowns, delivery schedules, critical paths, and all other required project needs following the agile methodology based on these business requirements.
- You will drive the successful IT project implementation during the Dev phase of a project.
- You will drive your teams in a positive, proactive, and passionate way. Always setting the right example.
- You will work on multiple projects with a two-pizza sized teams (5-7 people).
- Work with international teams and customers.
- Contribute to our highly innovative BizDevOps platform.
Your qualifications
- Tech savvy at heart! You are genuinely interested in improving the way software is developed. And you are up to date with the latest advancements in software development.
- Experience with, or at least curious about, Business Process Modelling (BPMN) and process automation.
- Finished an applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics studies (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent level).
- 3-5+ years of team lead experience within the IT project field.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills as well as a well developed sense of commitment and accountability.
- Proactive problem solver, a quick thinker with focus on quality results.
- Willingness to continuously improve and develop yourself and your team.
- You’re fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Based in the Netherlands.

Backend Developer

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience;
- 3+ years of experience with Python 3.X+, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and Django;
- Experience with deployment tools like Kubernetes is a big plus;
- Good understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL;
- A big plus for some experience with CSS and HTML5, JavaScript and TypeScript;
- More big plusses for experience with tools like React, Vue (it’s what we use, but quite similar as React), Redux, webpack, Node.js
- Experience writing front-end tests using Cypress.
